On March 23rd, Chicago-based songwriter Steve Grand self released his debut album All American Boy.
Today, Steve Grand shared the brand new video for "Time."
Produced by Aaron Johnson (The Fray, Eve6), the album is a culmination of years of support that Steve has received from his fans. Fueled by donations from nearly 5,000 fans, Grand raised over $325,000 in what became the third most funded music project in Kickstarter history.
All American Boy, which is currently sitting at #5 on the iTunes Pop Chart, has been embraced by Billboard, Consequence of Sound, Idolator, MSNBC, Out, People Magazine, The Advocate, The Daily Beast and many more.
Writing in the Digital Journal, critic Markos Papadatos said, "Steve Grand delights on his new studio album All American Boy. There is a lot of variety on the collection, and one can hear Grand's heart on every song. It may have taken a while to record, but it was well worth the wait, since excellence takes time, and Grand has achieved that on this musical project. His CD earns an A rating."
Earlier this year, Steve Grand was the first-ever musical guest on MSNBC's "Out There" with Thomas Roberts, where he performed a stripped down performance of his hit song "All American Boy." Grand also stopped by the People.com music lounge for another solo piano performance.
